Sex and coffee trigger 'stroke'

BEVERAGES Coffee was linked to cases of rupture of blood vessels in the brain with a possible one vs. 10

Coffee and sex and blowing your nose may increase the risk of stroke, according to Dutch researchers.

A study of 250 patients to find the eight risk factors associated bleeding in the brain.

All these factors increase blood pressure which can cause broken blood vessels, according to a study published in the journal Stroke.

Stroke Association said more research is needed to prove the trigger rupture of blood vessels.

More than 150,000 people in the UK have a stroke each year and nearly 29,000 due to bleeding in the brain.

Bleeding can occur when a weakened blood vessel, broken. This can cause brain damage or even death.

Research at the University Medical Center in Utrect, the Netherlands studied 250 patients over three years to study the causes of blood vessels.
Dangers caffeine

The researchers found that coffee is also the cause of more than 10 rupture of blood vessels in the brain.

People who drink coffee only has 1.7 times greater risk.

While shocked 23 times greater risk, but the case only 2.7%.

Dr Monique Vlak, an expert in nerve and researchers report that says: "All triggers include something sudden and abrupt increase in blood pressure. This is all possible occurrence of the outbreak of the killer blood.

The researchers say one out of 50 people had experienced rupture of blood vessels, but only a few.

Dr Vlak advised: "Reducing consumption of caffeine or treating patients with constipation laxatives may reduce the risk of brain hemorrhage."

The study focused only on the trigger rupture of blood vessels. High blood pressure can weaken blood vessels and it can be caused by excess weight, smoking and lack of exercise.

Dr. Sharlin Ahmed, researchers from the Stroke Association said: "The sudden increase in blood pressure can cause rupture of blood vessels. However, it is very difficult to determine whether the cause is revealed in this study associated with stroke or just a coincidence. "

"Further research needs to be done to determine the trigger rupture of blood vessels," said Ahmed.
The percentage of blood vessel rupture

Coffee 10.6%
Excessive Exercise 7.9%
Discard snot 5.4%
Sex 4.3%
Difficult bowel movement 3.6%
Drinking soda 3.5%
Surprised 2.7%
